the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Secondly, the room I stayed in was clean, comfortable, and provided a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains. Lastly, the breakfast offered a good selection of food, with fresh ingredients and a nice presentation. It was the perfect start to my day of exploring the beautiful area.

This mountain hotel offers comfortable and clean rooms that overlook beautiful scenery, perfect for families with children. the friendly staff is always willing to help and the outside patio is perfect for enjoying an aperitif while enjoying the views. the location is ideal for visits to Pragser Wildsee and several bus stops are available right outside the hotel. the hotel features a beautiful wellness center and offers great breakfast options that are both clean and comfortable.

The limited towel sizes may not be convenient for some guests.

The spa facilities were amazing and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The location was perfect - surrounded by beautiful mountains and just a short drive to a stunning lake. We also appreciated the fact that pets were allowed, for a fee of course.

the breakfast lacked hot items and fresh fruit, which was a letdown. the hot tub was not hot, which was a bummer as we were really looking forward to relaxing in it.

During our romantic escape, we had an enjoyable time in a beautiful and serene location. the spacious and clean room provided great views of the nature around us. We really appreciated the delicious meals that were included in the price and also the SPA facilities that left us feeling relaxed and revitalized. the location was perfect for us as it was within easy reach of some of the most stunning natural scenery in the area, making it an ideal base for exploring the surroundings.

the breakfast could have been better, as it wasn't as varied as we hoped.
